Personally I really enjoyed the Boston trip I thought that it was interesting to see where all the action actually happened. My favorite part of the trip that was not academic was the two hour dinner cruise on the boat named, The Spirit of Boston. Not only was it fun to watch Noah and Kyle dance with the older guests on the boat and to have what felt like our own private dinner with in Mara’s and my opinion good food but it was also very beautiful. We were able to see the whole water line of Boston at night with all the lit buildings.
If I had to change something about the trip it would be to not have gone to see the USS Constitution because I am not quit sure what the purpose was. I also would have made the wake up time I little later because it is hard to get used to losing time and wake up early. Other then that I thought that the trip went really well I liked how we had education mixed in with other activities.
A lot of what we saw we had already learned in class but it was interesting to see how much historical importance Boston has. This was really highlighted when we could go very far with out our Tour guide Steve telling us more information about different stories or time periods. We learned a lot in class about what happened in Boston but we are learning American history so it was cool to just pay attention to one “colony” to go further in depth.
By touring the two main colleges BostonCollege and BostonUniversity I was able to find out a little more about what I am interested in a college. I realize that an urban college is more appealing to me. I was able to realize that from comparing and contrasting BC which was more suburban and BU which was an urban setting. I am not sure how I feel about the class sizes seeing as how we didn’t go to any classes in section but I can guess that I would prefer a college like BU in the sense of the teacher availability. The tours helped me to realize that I want an urban school before looking at the two schools I hadn’t thought of that.

Since Mara and I didnt not have a computer and Isa's was not working we did not get to blog last night. So here is yester day and today, yester day was fun. First we went on a guided of BU and saw what it was like to be in a college in a city other than our own. Then we went to lunch on our own where we had buritos that weren't as good as Gordos but still good. We also went to see Harvard we went to Lexington and Concord to get alittle history anf then we went to walden Pond. After that we went to dinner on our own in a mall and then saw a movie. Today Mara and I were late on the bus as usual but at least we were not last! Then we saw a museum we went to a deli we saw Salem had a lot of free time in Rockport and then we saw a play called Shear Madness that was interactive. All in all it has been pretty fun!
-Mara, Isa and I are having fun in our room and are not ready for tomorrow!!! -The flight was really long and we were glad to be off!! -The time difference is really throwing us off so it is 12:16 but feels like 9:00 -We went to shop which would be fun but no one had money - We are hungry, Isa wants to eat a bible
